The amount of love and care we have for our customers is an understatement. You all are family to us, especially after 23 years! We have listened to stories about your jobs, familes, health...life! And you have listened to ours! We lost this special customer and friend, Cathy. Unfortunately very quickly. I would have loved to share one more conversation with her at the nail table.

Apparently her Easter egg nails brought her much joy when she was ill. She got compliments from all the nurses and docs! 😘And this lovely picture is when the salon worked on her, her family and her beautiful daughter for her wedding (whom I also have known for 23 years)

She was very kind to all my employees! Saying hello to everyone, bringing sweets to us, Christmas cards and even tipping reception for doing a great job booking her appointments. She truly enjoyed and appreciated her relaxation at the salon. And I appreciated her very much. Rest easy my friend. You will be missed.

Salon maintenance tonight. This is what business owners do after a long day of work. Trust me...wine is included...haha.

Removing part of this wall so we can fit a washer and dryer through the walk way. After hauling 3 washer/dryer combos over this tiny wall I'm over it!!! I refuse to do it again. Believe it or not its easier to cut a wall down. In 16years this will be our 4th washer and dryer. The expense of just washing towels to dry your hair after a shampoo is a huge expensive to the salon.

I am so grateful to be open today....MOMMA NEEDS A NEW WASHER AND DRYER!!! HAHAH.

While the hubs works on that...I decided to get rid of all that winter yuck on the windows! LET THAT SUN SHINE IN THESE BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS!!!

When the power goes out and your bestie client has been waiting forever to get an appointment! Turned out great!!! This is an epic before and after!!! 🤣 Thanks for holding the flashlight Justin 😆
Love how my nail department has all battery powered tools and gel lights! Go nail team!! And a busy hardworking mom enjoyed a much needed massage with Emily tonight too! Go team SD!!!
