It is our intention at Shear Desire Salon and Beyond to create a calm and relaxing environment for our clients. Therefore, children can only be accommodated if they have a scheduled appointment.

We require a credit card on file to book all services. Nothing will be charged to the card unless there is a no show or late cancellation. A deposit will be required if multiple services are booked of 3 hours or more. If we require a deposit, it will automatically go towards your services at the time of payment. You may use your card on file for payment, or you may use another form at the time of the service.

Please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a 25% late cancel fee. For appointments 3 hours or more, please cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or your deposit will be non-refundable. No show appointments will automatically be charged a 50% fee. We do understand emergencies arise and some leeway will be given to certain circumstances.
