It is the intention of Shear Desire Salon and Beyond to create a calm, relaxing environment for its clients. Therefore, children can only be accomodated as clients on the spa side. We may require a credit card on file for:
- New Clients
- All Appointments 2 hours and over
- Facebook or online booking
- Clients who have no-showed in the past or have not cancelled within the appropriate time frame requested
Bridal Policies
We offer both in salon and off site bridal services for your special day. Please inquire within for pricing, detailed policy guidelines and help coordinating your event. A signed bridal contract applies and a credit card on file is required to reserve your date.
Spa Day/Party Policy
Bring friends and family to enjoy a personal spa party. We have a relaxing and fun spa department for all of your party and bridal needs. Upon your arrival, you’ll be greeted by an attentive staff member and guided to fill out any required forms. Please plan to arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out any necessary information. A credit card to schedule is required. A 48 hour notice of any cancellation within a scheduled Spa Day/Party is also required. If the cancellation is not made within the appropriate time frame of 48 hours, a fee of 25% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file.
